Run Free will set you free from the constraints of ordinary running, which the typical runner is fighting to overcome gravity to move ahead. The result of that battle is being slower, inefficient and more subject to injury.
Run Free is a method of teaching you to run by utilizing more efficient biomechanics developed through decades of research. This custom approach uses technology, hands on teaching, hard work and accountability to get results. Run Free's goal is to teach you how to improve to reach your goals. We use stop motion video analysis, technique training sessions, benchmark milestones to instill a new method on how to run faster, more efficient. Our methods will require you to devote more time to the skill of running while reducing wasted time logging too many counterproductive miles. Step One - ConsultLet's get together for a 1 hour assessment to see where you are, where you want to go and come up with a plan on how to get there.

Step Two - CommitLet's commit to working together to reach your goals. Ten 1+ hour live 1on1 sessions, usually 1 per week at an agreed upon location in Orlando, Florida.

Step Three - Continuing EducationWe've established a new path, now let's identify a specific goal and work together to achieve that goal. It's monthly coaching, weekly live sessions, training schedule consulting and weekly accountability. 6 months commitment.
